PEMBERDAYAAN SATUAN KOMANDO KEWILAYAHAN TNI AD SEBAGAI PENGGERAK LOGISTIK BAHAN PANGAN POKOK GUNA MEWUJUDKAN SISTEM PERTAHANAN WILAYAH

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the role of the Army Regional Command Unit, especially Kodim 0803/Madiun, in driving the logistics of staple foods to realize an effective regional defense system. In the context of increasingly urgent national food security, Kodim 0803/Madiun plays the role of the main driver in distributing food to the community and supporting the government's efforts to maintain food availability. The methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, based on the theory of regional resilience and military logistics. The results of the study show that the empowerment of Kodim 0803/Madiun in the aspect of food logistics makes a significant contribution to improving food security in the region. Active coordination with local governments, farmer groups, and local business actors has succeeded in ensuring the smooth distribution of staple foods. In addition, the integration of defense strategies and regional economic development also increases public awareness of the importance of food security as part of the country's defense efforts. The conclusion of this study confirms that the empowerment of the TNI AD Regional Command Unit has great potential in supporting the regional defense system through the mobilization of food logistics. The resulting recommendations include increasing cross-sector cooperation and strengthening the capacity of the Indonesian Army Regional Unit to face increasingly complex food logistics challenges in the future. This research is expected to be an input for the strategy of Kodim 0803/Madiun in improving food logistics security in the Madiun region.
